各种词穷不知如何解释啊……

这个是歌词吧。。。好诡异。。。

各种意识流，外加双关语，太难翻了= =

翻译是个技术活，
而且我觉得你干的很不错…

对歌词无感。。但可能缩短句子会好些，感觉虚词太多了。。。有的句子不知道是不是可以换种说法，比如：

我偏向“天真”，理由不明。。
this is here这句的话，“这里”或者“此处”这个意思我觉得应该要翻出来，因为下一句有in the distance，这两个貌似是相对的？？？

整张砖在讲述以爱情杯具
1：男主是个无神论者，被驱逐了
2：男主有个女友，叫莫尔琳达
3：当男主因某种原因（当然是某女性）回去时，某女性已出嫁
4：私奔呗
5：女主脑袋被砍
6：男主脑袋被砍

这么看，有关Melinda的描述应该是灰常爹褒义爹。
然而这歌词让我梦剧院的原因是...这玩意咋弄都感觉不够褒，先不看那么几个撒torn撒stained撒的撒的

virtuous=高尚
=自命清高
shell=外壳
=冷淡（或者就是那种很文静的撒的）
kindred=血族/吸血鬼
有血缘关系的
相似/同类
innocence=天真
无知（褒义）

于是...其实吧...我认为这歌词是他们纯扯蛋

in the distance all that was lost，“all that”和“what”有点相似。
貌似得翻成 被毁灭的远方？不过这意思一样- -忽视

X，除了最后的Melinda。。我都没发现还有女主角。。。还以为这是个森林女巫之类。。。

没找到权威的定义，貌似草根风味，An perplexing erection -- a boner for which there is no clear source； 一说是 The state you are in when perplexed 感觉上比较像。
居然连语料库都只收录了一点点。。

还有一个不太沾边的OTZ→Perplexions is an album by Rasputina frontwoman Melora Creager which was released on December 4, 2006, by the Filthy Bonnet Recording Company.

貌似是perplex的自加后缀-ion造的名词形式- -或者古语？或者外语？？

应该不是古语，我找不到语源。。外语的话就不知道了。
目前看到的比较早用这个词的是1990年貌似，在某篇类似小说的东西里。。
